Every new colour client gets a free consultation and a patch test. It’s a short visit, and it means no surprises on the day.

Fifteen minutes in the salon. We look at your hair, talk about the colour you want and what it will take to get there.

Patch test, 48 hours before
A dab of colour behind the ear. We do one before your first colour with us, and again if it’s been six months.

Colour day
Your colourist mixes from your consultation notes. Toner, bond treatment where needed and a blow-dry are included.

Aftercare
We’ll tell you what to wash with and when to come back. Tone not quite right? A free gloss within two weeks.
